Review: Mr. Naughty List

Mr. Naughty List Mr. Naughty List by Leta Blake
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Another great installment that had me turning the pages. Great stories of love and redemption. After years of yearning for each other, they finally get their wishes.

When a former student of Aaron's turns up in town the learning takes a new direction and Aaron is no longer the teacher!

Great story, can't wait for more!

What a pleasant surprise this book was. It's one I stumbled across while searching for something new to read and I so glad I did.

A nice heartwarming story of two boys who have ached for each other for far too long. It's awesome to watch love sprout.

Off to read the next installment!

The Banished Prince
What can I say, Zoe Perdita has done it again.
Great start to what I'm certain will be an awesome series. I love the three characters so far, talk about a mix of every personality... it'll be interesting to see where these three go next!

Waiting patiently, or not so patiently for the next installment!

Holy F**king S**t, what a ride. I loved this collection. I laughed, I cried, I threw my kindle across the room. (Okay, I really just said WTF a lot) Now, I'm suffering from a book hangover and can't wait for more.

Hurry up Mr. Carter!

Never mind, I can wait till it's perfected—I suppose.

Review: The Agent

The Agent The Agent by Mark Dawson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Didn't see that one coming! Or perhaps I did and chose to ignore it. Whatever the case may be, Isabella and Pope are back and this time it's to save Pope's family.

I love these two characters, from their gritty, macho attitudes to their vulnerable hidden sides. What an amazing story, once again from start to finish.

Off to read the next one!

Review: The Asset: Act II

The Asset: Act II The Asset: Act II by Mark Dawson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Here we go again!

Isabella and Pope are on the move again and this time were moving just as fast as they are from page to page. From kidnappings to gun fire to getting captured by an enemy they never knew existed.

But, our main characters are up to the challenge... or are they? Guess you'll have to read to find out! I will say this—you won't be disappointed!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I've been an Indie author for 3 years, but this books had a ton of useful information. It gives authors another perspective, tried and tested strategies and doesn't disappoint. It doesn't make any promises, but offers hope and inspiration, which is something Indie authors need the most.

Highly recommend for new authors, and seasoned veterans.

Well done!

Review: Fallen Prey: A Fallen Cross Legion Novel

Fallen Prey: A Fallen Cross Legion Novel Fallen Prey: A Fallen Cross Legion Novel by Aliya DalRae
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Shifters, Vampires & More Shifters! Oh my!

Harrier, our beloved character from The Jessica Sweet Trilogy reveals all in this in depth character driven story. If you loved him in the main series, you'll certainly fall in love even more.

Kathyrn is also back and falling for a more appropriate suitor this time—or did she?

This action packed story will have you soaring through the air and setting you down right in the middle of a battle. You'll also see many of your favorite characters from the main series getting a better understanding of who they are and where they're from.

Can't wait for the next one!

What a wild ride this volume was with twists and turns so unexpected it'll make your heart stop. I love this series and feel like it'll never end. I'm sure the author has the ending in mind already and I wait with such anticipation for how it will all unfold.

Our boys are challenged in ways they never thought possible and continue to survive no matter what is thrown at them. Go boys!

Severing Sanguine: A Companion Book to The Fallocaust Series Book 2
My poor Sanguine!
What have you done to my poor boy!
This companion book will ripped your heart in two, then turn around and make you glad you took the ride! And what a ride it is, so buckle up and take it, it's so worth it.

Hearing Sanguine's story isn't easy, but it made me fall in love with him completely. I can't wait to see where he ends up and how powerful he'll become, because I know we've only touched on how powerful he really is!

Garden of Spiders Volume 1
I like Elish Dekker from the beginning. I probably shouldn't have, he's mean practically a bully, but there was something about him that put him in my good graces. Now, after reading this book, I love Elish and all he stands for. Is he right? I'm not sure, but he sure fights for what he believes in and he takes planning to a whole new level.

What a story! This one altered everything.

The Ghost and the Darkness Volume 2
Elish, Elish, Elish! What do we do with you?

What great characters, story telling. If you want to be entertained than read this series. I'm not one for Dystopian, I didn't like the Walking Dead, but I have to tell you this series sucked me in from the start and I can't get enough. Every character, scene and plot intertwine so thoroughly I never know what is going to happen and I'm surprised at every turn.

Highest praise to this author!

And the journey continues!

Reaver and Killian are back and they've brought some friends. God I love this series and have been suck into the vortex by awesome writing and story telling. Each character is a God of their own and it's getting harder and harder to choose who to root for.

I love this series and highly recommend you give it a read!

Review: Mindful Monsters

Mindful Monsters Mindful Monsters by Sylva Fae
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Mindful Monsters
Another adorable monsters of the rainbow book. This read includes life lessons strategically placed within the text. Such a creative way to add in life's most important things.

Another nice touch is apparently the author held some sort of contest and added two new monsters that represented the winners. Loved this aspect and I'm sure made a child's day to be immortalized in a book! Very thoughtful.

Highly recommend this terrific book!

Rainbow Monsters: Meet The Rainbow Monsters
What an adorable story about monsters of the rainbow. These creatures are cute and fun! What a great read that can be enjoyed by all ages.

In the back of the book are some interactive games which was a nice added touch. Word search, a maze, spot things and other fun activities for a child or adult.

Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a fun read for them and their child.
